Bought this little laptop few weeks ago I like it very much.

It is so light, Love it.

I bring my laptop with me all the time so to have a light one was a must. I like the fact that also the power cord is light.

No issue with the smaller keyboard - I had a 14inches before and I didn’t notice a huge difference. Only thing I miss is the “go to end of line” button.

It boots pretty fast which is nice.

The internet seems to be a bit slow to load but I haven’t been able to figure out if it is a connection problem where I am or the pc.

I have to say that when you are using it you don’t feel like the screen is small (they have this nice function of the scroll padd that allows you to zoom in and out of the page very very easily) but if you have a 14 inch nearby all of a sudden you feel like that screen is enormous :)

All in all I think it was a good buy for the price.

the battery really lasts a long time - I got up to 7 hours with Open office, pdf, internet and skype working.

Acer AOD250-1517 10.1-Inch Ruby Red Netbook - Up to 9 Hours of Battery Life Within one day of receiving this computer the mouse/pointer would not show or activate. I called Acer Tech support and they said they would only help me if got an external mouse and call them back. I did not own one so had to get one and then call them back. After several attempts it finally reappeared. I also told them the several download pop-ups were appearing but would not download properly. Every time I tried to use Adobe it would bring up a page and freeze the use of the computer. Acer said they would not assist me with this problem without charging me additional fees. They also said it was a Microsoft Windows7 issue and they were not trained to assist me and gave me an Microsoft 800#. I called Microsoft and they said that only Acer could help me and that they would charge me $59.95 to address EACH issue I had. Now I am requesting a full refund as this has cost me 2 1/2 days of lost work and extreme hassle and it is not worth it! When I processed the refund Amazon says it might only refund me 85% of what I paid for the computer! I can not find a number to speak to anyone at Amazon about this whole mess! I am very dissatisfied!!! Can anyone help me????
