I bought this to do into a Dell 537S. It’s a slim-line model and would only take low-profile cards. I wanted something better than the built-in graphics, and I didn’t want ATI because I like nVidia at the low end, *and* since I was going to run both WIn 7 and Fedora Linux on this, I wanted nVidia as I find it easier to work with nVidia on Fedora (though perhaps just because I’m used to nVidia on Fedora).

My other requirement was that since I leave this system on much of the time (it’s my music server) I wanted something that would run cool and not draw a lot of power, and this worked.

However, as I write this, the price on amazon is $55, and I wouldn’t pay that for it. I got it with a rebate for about $30, and it was worth that. For $55, I’d look around or consider another nVidia card.

this card whent in to a intel dual core built (E5200) at 2.5 Ghz also realy good for the price as well, anyway it runs/plays games well. I played call of duty 4 and world at war,2 of my all time favorite games. it did a(good)job i was only runing the card a little under max and it was doing a realy good job, but if that won’t do it 4 u, well u could go and overclock it(very easy),And the low profile means it will fit into the the slim computer as well as normal case. All in all a great buy for the money. Highly recommended (5 stars)
