Can i copy all my text messages from my nokia to motorola v3?

I bought a new motorola v3 and when i put the sim card from my old nokia 3200, only about 15 text messages from my nokia transfer to the new phone. Is this because the memory on the v3 isnt as much as the nokia, or are some of the text messages stored on the sim and some on the phone. If so, does anyone know how to store all messages on the sim? Help!

    You can copy your texts to the sim and then they will transfer to the v3. see your instruction manual for details. I think you just go to your text messg options to copy.
