can i upgrade from Motorola w385 to the lg env3?

I have just become eligible to upgrade my phone for another 2 yr. contract. I want to upgrade from the Motorola w385 to the LG env3, hover when i go through the “upgrade your phone” link the env3 is not there. Does this mean i am not eligible for the env3?
