Did you install the empowering technology option in the laptop acer aspire 2920z? How?

I recently bought an acer aspire 2920z. i have read the manual and it was supposed to have an empowering technology program when the e botton found on the upper left side of the keyboard was pressed. i have installed all the neccessary programs in the dvd included in the pack but when i press the button, a message saying the system cannot find the file specified.

Call Acer…that is what i did but i did not have that problem!
