Do you NEED an internet plan for the Samsung Impression or Lg Xenon? Like It wont work with out it?

    No the impression and xenon don’t require interenet.

    No you are not required to have data on either the Impression or Xenon. They are not data phones.

    FYI.. don’t get the Xenon. Its a pos.

    I specifically got the Impression because it does *not* require a data plan. It has bluetooth and USB connectivity for transferring data, files, music, pictures and programs. I have found numerous sites on the Web describing how to delete preloaded apps (including the locked ones) and how to install free games and apps. Samsung has a fairly decent site that gives you the tools you need to develop your own Java apps for the phone too.
