    With an unlocked phone, you simply plug in a different SIM card (the small bit inside these larger credit card sized holders) to change service providers. Simple, easy, and instantaneous.Mine was included with Easy GPRS, therefore I imagine that if you download pims and file manager from samsungs website then it should be included there also.
