The hands free bluetooth is loud and clear. The screen is very bright lit and easy to navigate. The routes are are easy to follow. I especially like how it tells you how many miles/feet to turn then it counts down to zero and at zero tells you to make a turn left/right. I haven't had any problems with it. Haven't been lost since I purchased this product. I recommend this for anyone who's looking for a GPS. I've owned a couple and I stand by their ability to accurately navigate the roads. With that said, the TomTom XL 340 is a good choice in GPS. It has some pretty nice features, has a nice design and touchscreen, and is pretty affordable. Here's some reviews on a bunch of different TomTom GPS units. Hope that helps.
