How can I configure a LG Dare to use the ATT internet network?

I have ATT and I recently got an unlocked LG Dare from a friend. I know from previous experience that I will not be able to use the internet because of the differing carriers. Is there is a way to configure the Dare’s internet setting to match ATT settings?

    How are you going to use the phone on a gsm network? Verizon does take sims.
