According to specs, T60 has TV-out signal, but doesn’t have a s-video out port — just a VGA (HD15) port. My TV has s-video and RCA inputs — how to connect the notebook to the TV?
I cannot use a s-video to TV (ie s-video to s-video or s-video to RCA) cable, as the notebook doesn’t have a s-video out port. The only video output port it has is a VGA port (DB-15). I’m struggling to get hold of a DB-15 to s-video adapter (don’t think I need a signal converter; just an adapter).

Mark L - when speaking to Lenovo, can you confirm that the T60 does output the TV signal thru the DB-15 port? I have the Intel onboard graphics chip (1024×768) - does the same apply there? I haven’t been successful in confirming the TV signal output (other than the initial specs I saw) — their pre-sales people will prob be more responsive…

For the Best Signal, get a Junction box that converts You T60 Cable to a Compatible cable connection for the TV
The Lenovo T60 Thinkpad, as well as the T43’s, produce very good output for any screen up to 47 inch NEC flat panels that I have seen
