How can I reformat my macbook without deleting programs?

I want to reformat my macbook without deleting microsoft office. (due to school). Is there a way I can reformat and delete everything off of my macbook without having to reinstall microsoft office? Please help. Thank you.

    Reformating means that you format it… as in EVERYTHING GOES it doesn’t just choose a few programs to keep when everything else goes.

    NO, when you format everything is bye bye
    you can do by deleting other programs/files manual
    or go to control panel add and remove programs

    no when you reformat your hard drive it wipes your drive clean meaning it deletes everything the os,your files,everything
