How can I transfer pictures from Kodak Easyshare C813 using the USB?

I have the Kodak Easyshare software installed but I dont like it and thought I could use the camera as a mass storage device and just transfer them via the USB, but I cant, but I can download them to the software. Can someone please help me? I appreciate it.

    Don’t bother with it, the better method is to use a USB card reader.
