go to google and search for FREE RINGTONES
and VENTONES will come up in the first page
start with any mp3 file or just give them your favorite youtube video
ventones will convert it into a ringtone for your specific phone
they will then text it to you, or you can download it and use a cable and a memory card

Well you’re going to need a computer.
Download windows media player, if you have this already and your music isn’t syncing then you have your phone on “mass storage”
Go to (settings)–> (connections “tab”) –> (USB connection mode) –> click on active sync.
if your music library isn’t fully in windows media player you can drag and drop or set it as a default player.
As for free ring tone this is how i do it it may sound complicated but it’s real simple once you get it all set and it’s all free.
Im guessing you can’t find your ring-tone folder. Do the earlier step as i mentioned and connect your phone, (if you didn’t install your software do that too).
click on “windows mobile device center” –> “file management” –> “browse the contents of your device” –>
now click the file on the left mine says “\” but its the one with less memory “88.1 MB” then go to “my documents” –> “My ringtones” folder.
then drag the song you want there. But remember the song will play from the beginning so, if you want to have the course or a certain part of a song your going to have to do a little more work.
you’ll need a audio editor for custom ringtones if you have one already just make the toon and drag and drop.
if not
i downloaded audacity this is just a sound editor. you can find it by just typing in “audacity” in google it’s the first one.
once you have that downloaded.
drag the desired song you want to edit
once you have it to your liking: your going to want to export it as a MP3
so create a folder on your desktop so your have a place to export it to.
now that you have a folder go to “file”–> “export as MP3
a notice is going to pop up saying that you need to download “lame”
download lame
export the file again then this time it will work
then drag and drop from your new folder to ringtones folder located where i told you in the beginning.
