<description>I'm not familiar with the Instinct however it is likely when you first paired that it asked you if you wanted to also establish a Stereo Bluetooth partnership(A2DP) in addition to the Handsfree connection. There might be an option to choose Stereo Headset mode when you first pair the headset. Maybe delete the partnership and try again. On 126-129 of your user guide there appears to be pairing instructions but none specific to Stereo headset pairing. Make sure when you select the S9 that it has a headset icon next to it. Then click the &gt; arrow to the right of it to see if it gives you additional options. Before Motorola used to have a website that gave you directions to pair pretty much any manufacturers phone with any Motorola Headset. For some reason that site is no longer up. Good luck
