There might be an option to choose Stereo Headset mode when you first pair the headset. Maybe delete the partnership and try again. On 126-129 of your user guide there appears to be pairing instructions but none specific to Stereo headset pairing. Make sure when you select the S9 that it has a headset icon next to it. Then click the > arrow to the right of it to see if it gives you additional options. Before Motorola used to have a website that gave you directions to pair pretty much any manufacturers phone with any Motorola Headset. For some reason that site is no longer up. Good luck Gen.
