How do I receive voicemail notifications on my nokia 7370 cellphone?

I have a nokia 7370 cellphone and have cingular. If someone leaves me a voicemail message, I don’t get a notification. Because I didn’t receive notifications I thought that I didn’t have any voicemail messages and my mailbox got full. I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix it but haven’t been able to figure out what the problem is.

    Thats not a guarenteed service. Call your service provider make queries
