How do i transfer the numbers from my Samsung Memoir , if the touch screen is broken ?

okay so i have a Samsung Memoir, and i wanted to know how to transer my contacts to my other phone . But here’s the problem the touch screen does not work and i didn’t save all my contacts to my sim card… So please helppppp any imformation is valuble !!!

    connect you memoir to your computer i am pretty sure you can acsess you contacts from there if u are commpleyly desprete us a program called tk file explorer look
