How do i Transfer themes onto my samsung J700 phone?

Maybe you ought to replace your USB connect-er.
I think the site has some themes to this new cell phone.
If you have a bluetooth device on your computer, maybe sending the theme directly to your cell phone would work.
It is all the works of Maybes.
