Never delete locked pic files,could cause instability in software.

Overwrite them with a pic you want of the same size and type,
but do not delete fully. Pull file, overwrite and replace.

There is no reason to delete when you can just overwrite. 

As you should be able to tell this person is guessing on what to do
and is unsure. Never listen to people who are unsure.</description>

		<description>From what I have have researched, the only way to do that is to use the TK File Explorer and go into the locked folder and delete the pictures you do not want. You must be VERY careful though, because you can "brick" your phone if you delete the wrong files. Be sure to copy and paste everything as a back-up...just in case. Good Luck!</description>
