		<description>There is normally a ribbon cable that runs from the keyboard to the mainboard.  That could have come loose. 
Before you do anything else, if you haven't yet,
Unplug it.
Flip it over and remove the battery. 
Leave battery out for 1 minute. Not 10 seconds, not 20 seconds, a minute. 
Replace battery and power it up.</description>
