Go to www.acerpanam.com click on drivers and downloads then just answer the questions to what pc you have. then simply click on the crystal eye web cam download (you will need winzip to download file, which you can get for free if you dont have at the www.winzip.com website, just click free for 45 days download so you dont have to buy) and then once download complete and you are in winzip, click "checkout" option under actions tab this will open the file (dont try to click install wont work use the checkout tab) and then scroll down to "setup" click this and Viola, you're ready to rock and roll. believe it or not this was the only download fix with this *&%$#@ system that actually worked. Good luck!! And if anyone has any solutions to the NO SOUND ISSUE with this vista acer system. I would love to hear it!!!! Had the same problem.
