I thought about sending it back, which is what I should have done. The quality is definitely not Logitech's usual. It has a very lightweight (translation: cheap!) feel to the touch of the keyboard with a very "klack klack klack" cheap annoying sound to it when I type. I decided that I would just have to get used to it as I have health issues which this keyboard may help and I wanted to give it a real try because of that. <br /> <br />Yesterday (just 31 days after I could return it) the mouse (which is nice) lost it's normal "ratcheting" sound and feel in the scroller, is now free spinning and I have very little control over it. On top of that, apparently I began typing to fast for they keyboard because I'm constantly having wait for it to catch up now and today it started typing additional letters when it finally starts moving again so I'm having to backspace and edit a lot. This started this past week and seemed to be getting worse e1very day. <br /> <br />I do not care at all for the usb cable that plugs into the mouse in order to recharge it. I much prefer the stand-alone units that you pop the mouse into when it's time to recharge. I guess I got spoiled with those. <br /> <br />I removed it from service and put a temporary keyboard/mouse in place. I can't use this and because it's a month past the return date, I guess I'm going to have to contact Logitech themselves. I will not buy another Wave Pro and am shocking at myself by actually considering a Microsoft set instead. Keys on the keyboard stopped working after about 3 months. The mouse decided it no longer wanted to work after about 4 months by freezing right after booting up. I've gone back to wired. The keyboard is wireless, the mouse is corded. The mouse USB cord is extremely short; and based on my having a tower computer (tower is on the floor), the mouse cord would not reach without a measure of jury rigging. <br /> <br />To me, it was a complete and utter shame to have a wireless keyboard and have a corded mouse (why the mouse could not be wireless, I don't know); and then to have an extremely short cord. <br /> <br />For those considering purchasing this keyboard and mouse combination, do home work to see if the extremely short mouse cord will take away from the usability of the product. This keyboard is scalloped, bevelled, and god-knows-what-else. Each key is at a different angle along a different conic section. Arrrrrrrgh!!!!!!! It's TERRIBLE! And the mouse ... don't get me started. I'm, of necessity, an ambidextrous mouser because my right hand gets sore after awhile. This mouse is for righties only.
