Seeing this one for the listed price was incredible and really makes me wonder about the way things work. Why not just give them away? <br /> <br />That said, it works as well as the other one. Didn't come with three different foam earpads to immediatley lose, though. It seems to be OK for what I need, which is not being in violation of the new California 'hands free' law. As long as I had the windows rolled up. <br /> <br />I still believe it is not holding the phone to one's head that is the distraction to driving, it is conversing. Which is why I rarely do it. Even a Bluetooth requires a little input to the phone, so it's still not totally hands free.
