The network based services, like internet, can never be “built-in” to a device. Obviously, it requires a GSM/WCDMA mobile service provider’s connection and SIM, and the monthly rent and charges would depend on the service provider you use. They would take rent for flat-rate internet connections. But, you can also share your PC’s internet connection with N900 via Wi-Fi.
