however, i did a complete reinstal and now none of the above software installed and now i’m in a rut and don’t know how to do a complete restore since it doesn’t hace any recovery discs.

Hello, i have bb curve 8300. By mistake, i deleted my bbm. I tried to download it online or by bb website. The problem is that blackberry messenger shows on my applications folder in just i download it. However, is not showing in my menu or let me use it.
