I have a blackberry FULL of contacts and I wanted to transfer them to my new iphone. Do i do this by computer?

I just bought a new blackberry and want to transfer my contacts from my old to my new one, and don’t see any options in any of the menu’s. Would also like to transfer my apps but i’m assuming that’s not possible.

I have my contacts saved to my Nokia N95 as i have far too many to save to my sim.
How can i transfer my contacts off my Nokia phone onto my Blackberry?

I recently purchased an iPhone 4 from Verizon. My old phone is a Blackberry Curve 8520. I want to know if I can download my contacts from the Blackberry to my computer to then sync with iTunes to put on my iPhone. If that isn’t the method for doing so, what can I do?
