I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4600 with a wireless mini PCI lan Card. First, I would like to know where is the antenna in that laptop and how to get to it, and second: there are 2 wires going to the lan card. One black, one white. There are no indications on the connection spot… what are those for? I believe its for different wavelenghts… And third: if I want to make an external home-made antenna, which wire should be connected to the antenna? Did any of you guys ever do a home made antenna for a mini PCI lan card?????? Please tell me how (don’t give links to internet pages as I most probably went through all of them already). Thanks!!!
Sorry for the spelling mistakes…

those two wires are the antennae. They run from the card to the LCD display.
