What can I upgrade in a Toshiba A100 Notebook?

I have a Toshiba A100 notebook and it has a 80GB hard drive capacity. I want to know if I can get a new hard drive with a much higher storage capacity, say 300 GB or more. I know it is possible to upgrade the RAM but I don’t know a lot about laptops so I’m not sure if I am able to upgrade the hard drive?

    You may not be able to upgrade ur hard drive…so the only possible way is to get an external harddisk of any storage u like..and use it for whatever u want.U can also upgrade ur DVD ROM to DVD-writer ,1GB RAM to 2GB RAM.
