You should buy Lenovo. They use good quality components and are very reliable. Lenovo laptops used to be made by IBM but they sold that part of the business.

Lenovo is an excellent brand. I have a T61P, purchased this past winter, and it's great. I have never heard of neo, however. Lenovo laptops were formerly IBM.

I work in IT and we use Lenovo laptops. We have 75 of them in our company and not one has failed on me in 4 years.

Lenovo are a trusted brand and a lot of IT professionals use them because of their reliabity and all round good build quality.

A Lenovo would be fine for home use but they are more often than not targeted at the business community. Having said that there are plenty of models out there with Vista Home Premium on them.

Please don't buy a Neo. Google search both brands for reviews on the model you intend to buy for a balanced overview.
