If you want a Studio 15 laptop which will run games well, you need to avoid the slowest CPU option, and avoid the standard integrated video option (Intel 4500MHD)

If you select the optional P8600 (2.4 GHz) Core 2 Duo processor, and the optional 512MB version Radeon 4570 video card, the Studio 15 would run games pretty well.

I like mine but its got bells and whistles, the studio 15 base model would be kinda slow, but why am I telling you this if you are if you are a warcraft geek… the screen is great (large and portable), the backlit keyboard is good, the 9 cell battery lasts about 6 hours, but its all about the hardware: upgrade to the 2.4 Ghz or better core 2 duo with ATLEAST 2 MB cache I have 3, and a LOT OF RAM; I have 4 GB of dual ddr2. And wait till there is a sale, I got almost every upgrade they offer because they were half off and I saved almost $500, buy new (not refurbished), wait till there’s a sale, don’t buy mac and you will get a lot of bang for ur buck.

and check out the custom art to add to it, it sealed the deal for me

the key is to not buy a vista computer if you cannot afford enough ram, they are cheaper and better (in my opinion) than macs but if you’re skimp on your processor you will grow to **** vista
