Which phone is stronger, the Motorola Tundra or the Samsung Rugby?

I’ve been looking around at Samsung’s phones and they say that Tundra is stronger (submerged it into a 5 ft. thign of water and ran over it with a truck and still supposedly worked). I hear the Rugby is also pretty strong too, though. There’s a $60-70 jump for the Tundra though but if that doesn’t matter nor the looks and feel, then looks like Tundra’s your answer.
