why doesnt my internet work on my samsung moment from sprint?

i just got my new phone from sprint “the samsung moment” i have unlimited internet but all of a suddend i cant connect to my internet on my phone no more,it worked a while a go,is it cuz something is turned off or whats up. help plz

    There are a few things you can check. Have you turned on airplane mode by accident? Is this your phone/plan or is there a parent who may have blocked your data? Have you powered the phone off recently to see if the problem persists?

    If none of those are the issue, absolutely call customer service. Call from a different phone so they can help you troubleshoot. The number is 888-211-4727, or *2 from a Sprint phone.
